Season Captains

Prior to the start of the 2026 season, coaches will evaluate their players based upon: character, teamwork, discipline & respect!

Each age level will pick 4 Captains that will wear the Special 'C' Captains Patch for the entire season.

NOTE

These Patches will be handed out by the Patriots President prior to week 1 of games! Parents will have to get these patches stitched onto their child's home/away jerseys!!!

Saturday - TBA, 2026

The 1st Annual Patriots Jamboree will consist of local teams as well as teams outside the league.

Considered these games as a scrimmage that will allow coaches to evaluate their talent.

The first benefit is that it gets players a lot of work and exposure in a very short amount of time.
Instead of having to wait multiple weeks to get simulated game-speed action, they can get it all done in one day.
During a jamboree, players and coaches alike can work out any kinks in their approach and tactics.
It allows players to work on what they've learned during practice and put it into action in game-like action.
Having the jamboree run at full speed also helps players get into game shape.
As much as you can try to simulate that during practice, there's simply nothing like the real thing. And it's hard to get this "real thing" if your team's defense is facing your team's offense.

Breakdown & Guidelines

Two teams will face off on half of a football field heading towards the endzone.
A running clock format will be used for the jamboree.
Each team will play two (2) quarters.
Each team will receive 15 plays per quarter.
Each team will have one (1) timeout per quarter.
The only time the clock will stop is during a timeout or officials timeout.
There will be no kickoffs or punts during the jamboree.
A coin flip will decide who gets the ball on the 40 yard line.
If a team scores, there will be an extra point try.
After each score the ball will be brought back out to the 40 yard line!
If you elect to punt on 4th down , the officials will flip the field and place the ball on the 40 yard line.
There will be no overtimes
All players on each team must play during the jamboree!!!
Coaches are expected to have their teams at the field & ready to play as scheduled.
Please exit the field quickly so the next teams can begin play.
